RMB Ventures invests in award winning supply chain business Inhance
Johannesburg - Rand Merchant Bank Ventures, the private equity arm of Rand Merchant Bank has today anounced that it has concluded an investment in Inhance Supply Chain Solutions, a fast-growing supply chain technology and services business.
The equity firm said the transaction sees RMB Ventures investing alongside black-owned investment firm New GX Capital Holdings, which acquired a majority stake in Inhance in 2018, and the Inhance management team, which retains its significant shareholding in the business.
Founded in 2010, Inhance is a proudly South African company that works with more than 100 businesses in over 25 countries in Africa, Europe and the United States.
It said Inhance has since grown over 300% in the last 3 years. The company has a staff of over 130 employees, including an industry-leading team of engineers, data scientists and developers. Inhance builds and deploys supply chain solutions for a wide range of customers including Italtile, Clicks, SPAR, RCL Foods, McCain foods, PPC Cement, PepsiCo, Vumatel and RTT.

Inhance is a Level 2 B-BBEE contributor and was awarded a Platinum and Gold Award at the 2019 South African Logistics Achievers Awards, concluded RMB Ventures.
